A shared practice

Two disciplines. One purposeful training session.

Boxing and kickboxing are practised in shared sessions. They are not separate groups: both connect to build stance, movement, range and clear decisions when striking. Boxing sharpens your hands, defence and reading; kickboxing expands that work through the legs. The foundation is shared, while the learning adapts to each person.

Start where you are.

You do not need experience before you arrive. Shared training lets you start with the basics and keep refining details when you already have time on the mat.

Mikel Mendinueta leads the shared boxing and kickboxing sessions. He gives the learning process structure, supports technical progress and maintains a demanding, controlled practice for people with different levels of experience.
