BJJ Gi
The gi opens up a technical study of grips, control and connections between positions: a way to take your time with the details.
Pamplona · Gi & No-Gi BJJ
A place to start from scratch, go deeper into technique and share the process. Train BJJ in the gi or without it, at your own pace and with a team that values how you learn.
The art of learning on the ground
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a practice of grips, control and problem-solving through positions. At Keisei Fighter Academy, there is room for people looking for a regular recreational practice and for those preparing to compete.
The starting point is the same: learn with attention, train consistently and look after the people who share the mat with you.
Two ways to train
Classes alternate the tools of gi and no-gi BJJ, so you can learn how to work in both settings.
The gi opens up a technical study of grips, control and connections between positions: a way to take your time with the details.
Without the gi, the pace and grips change. We keep working on positions, control and transitions with the tools particular to this format.
A practice with a path
You do not need prior experience. Start in the beginners group, then build a practice that suits your own goals.
Learn positions, fundamental movements and the principles for training safely and attentively from your very first class.
Repetition and shared training connect what you learn, answer questions and help you build references of your own.
BJJ can be part of your regular life or a way to prepare for competition. The path adapts to the commitment you want to make.

A considered community
Teammates are not an extra. They make it possible to practise, test, fail and try again. We want a group where everyone can find their place, whatever their experience.
